Dentination Lab is proud to be the first laboratory in Quebec to have a Programill PM7 machining machine. The 5-axis machine has the particularity of being linked to software specially made by the company Ivoclar Vivadent to find every detail in the anatomy. Thus, our technicians obtain a perfect reproduction in the base of the prosthesis and then prepares it to receive the teeth of the professional's choice.
In addition, we use Vivodent discs which are made of DCL (double cross-linked) material. This is different to conventional PMMA, offering the following advantages :

Digital Prosthesis with Teeth Vivadent DCL Multi
The difference between the prostheses with Vivadent DCL teeth and the Multi is that with the latter we will use a disc that contains three layers to give a more natural appearance.
In addition, this sort of material has a pearl structure effect, which results in high aesthetics.

We will use teeth of your choice and with the help of a matrix generated by our software, we will place the teeth in the base of the prosthesis machined by our machine.
