Stop wasting time and work more ecological:
​ You'll never have to print and fill your prescriptions manually again. With DDX, you will be able to fill your prescriptions from your computer and our lab will see your new prescription instantly.
You can modify, cancel, put on hold, add files (eg STL files) and add notes to any of your prescriptions at any time, and the laboratory will be notified.
​ Stay in constant communication with the laboratory:
​ While we are processing your case, you may want to clarify something or have questions. Communication will be quick and easy with DDX. You don't have to waste time calling our technicians, just add a note to your case prescription and you will be put through to one of our technicians. It's as simple as that.
​ A good integration if you work with 3Shape:
​ Any cases you upload to 3Shape Communicate will automatically upload to your DDX account that you have with Dentination. This way you can benefit from the advantages of DDX and you won't have to change the way you work with 3Shape Communicate.
DDX will have no problem viewing the files you upload to 3Shape Communicate.
​ Track your finances:
​ With DDX you can view all of your invoices electronically once your case is ready to be delivered and then you can access them by any time. Of course, Dentination Lab will still send you a printed version of the invoice with your case, but with the help of DDX, you'll be able to review them faster and keep track of your finances.
DDX will also give you access to your monthly account statement.
