Rigid Acrylic Plate
This kind of occlusal plate is made with the traditional waxing-muffle-acrylization method or by machining from an acrylic disk from the company Ivoclar. The rigid occlusal plate is completely transparent.
Thermo plate
Designed with our 3Shape software, we will print the thermo plate with our 3D printer using material approved by Health Canada. Once finished, the bite plate becomes more flexible with heat and adapts easily to the teeth of your patients. However, once cold, it becomes rigid. The final color of this plate is transparent with a slightly blue-violet.
Dual-Flex Plate
Made with soft material on the inside and rigid on the outside, this occlusal plate facilitates adaptation to the teeth. This is widely used when there are complete rehabilitations in porcelain.
