e.Max ( Lithium Disilicate )

For several years, e.Max has been the preferred material for dental aesthetics, due to its translucency and high resistance (almost 400 MPa). For this reason, Dentination Lab offers crowns produced with e.Max.

The translucency requires pay attention to the color of the preparation. The professional must choose and provide the color of the abutment. To do this, he uses the “Natural Die” dentin color guide.

In order to produce results that best meet the needs of dentists and denturists, our team recommends choosing e.Max when the color of the dentin does not exceed the value of ND7.

Empress ( vitrified ceramic reinforced with leucite )

Empress is a high quality material that has a resistance up to 160 MPa. It is the preferred choice when the professional is looking for natural translucency, color and appearance.

However, we invite you to be careful with patients who develop bruxism. In this case, the color should not exceed the ND3 value.

The use of metal crowns is rare these days, but Dentination Lab will always be ready to fabricate your crown with precious, semi-precious, or non-precious materials .

Full Metal Crown

The use of metal crowns is rare these days, however, Dentination Lab will be ready to fabricate your crown with precious, semi-precious or non-precious materials.

Dentin Lab Metal Types:

Metal-Porcelain Crown

Widely used for several years, ceramic-metal crowns have become less popular, in particular because of the  cost of gold and  the appearance of materials such as zirconium. However, Dentination Lab remains ready to produce crowns for professionals with this material.

Zirconium

Zirconium-Porcelain Crown

In cases where the patient has great translucency or certain specific characteristics, we can fabricate a heart of zirconium (coping) and then make a porcelain assembly to allow the professional to achieve the aesthetics and the result they want. . The laboratory can also produce the entire structure in zirconium and leave the "space" of an anterior or posterior tooth in the oral part, to achieve the required quality.

Zirconium Crown  Monolithic

Dentination Lab is renowned for the quality of its monolithic crowns, which represent 70% of its crown production.

Like everything we make, our monolithic crowns are worked and processed with care and precision. We pay attention to the smallest detail.

Our laboratory uses for its manufacture the new zirconium of the company Ivoclar: e.Max ZirCad Prime. It offers many advantages, in particular its new “Gradient Technology” technology (gradient of colors) and its high resistance to more than 1200 MPa.

These two advantages allow us to produce crowns for the aesthetic area, for posterior teeth or for those on implants.

Temporary Crown

Dentination knows the importance of temporary crowns in modern dentistry. It is for this reason that we treat your temporary crowns as if they were final crowns. We use PMMA from the company Ivoclar TELIO, a high resistance material with a beautiful aesthetic and which gives our technicians the opportunity to offer a smooth and shiny polish.
