Dentin Lab wants to contribute to the fight against this pandemic keeping the dental society safe. Therefore, our lab has produced this custom printed mask, allowing dentists, denturists, hygienists, and their patients to reenter dental practices with complete confidence.

Dentin's Mask
​
Dentin's Mask is a 3D printed mask shaped to your facial features with a bio-compatible material, which will reduce the gaps between the mask and your face to 100%. Your Dentination mask will be unique, as we will use a scan of your face and we will custom design it. Thus, the resulting seal will fully block the entry of aerosol and any other gases, which non-customizable, standard-sized masks are not able to do.

How to create your Dentin Mask?

To create your mask, we will need a scan of your face. This is simple to do with the Bellus3d app and by following these simple steps:
​
1) Download it here for IOS (You will need an iPhone X or XI )
2) Place your face in front of your phone until a green line shows on your screen.
3)Select the "Face and Neck Scan Setting". Find this option on the bottom middle of your scanning screen.
4) You will be asked to rotate your head in various directions.
5) Once the scan is done, verify that it is clear and complete. Otherwise, redo the scan.

The Teething Mask
​
The Dentation Mask is a 3D printed mask, shaped to your facial characteristics with a biocompatible material, which will reduce 100% the gaps between the mask and your face. Your Dentination mask will be unique, as we will use a scan of your face and custom design it. Thus, the seal will completely block the entry of aerosols and any other gases, which standard size non-customizable masks cannot do.

How to create your Dentination mask?
To create your mask, we will need a scan of your face. It's simple to do with the Bellus3d app and by following these steps:
​
1) Download the app here for IOS (You will need an iPhone X or XI)
2) Place your face in front of your phone until a green line appears on your screen.
3) Select the "Face and neck scanner" setting. You'll find this option at the bottom middle of your swipe screen.
4) You will be asked to turn your head in different directions.
5) Once the scan is done, check that it is clear and complete. Otherwise, start the scan again.
6) If you have made sure that the scan is clear and complete, you will need to unblock the face model, in order to get an STL file (the app will charge you $1.39 USD to complete this step)
